Join Us for the Santa Rosa Half Marathon – August 24, 2025
Hey Resilient Body crew,
We’ve got something exciting coming up, and we want YOU to be part of it. This summer, we’re taking our strength from the gym to the streets — together, we’ll be running the Santa Rosa Half Marathon on Sunday, August 24th.
Whether you’ve run 13.1 miles before or you're brand new to long-distance running, this is your chance to challenge yourself, bond with your community, and have a blast doing something outside the barbell and normal conditioning formats.

We’ll Train (and Complain??) Together
We’re offering an optional 2–3x/week running program designed to complement your strength training. Expect smart progressions, recovery that respects your lifting, and coaching tailored for lifters — because yes, even meatheads run.Run Club (Maybe!)
We’re considering launching a Resilient Run Club if there’s enough interest. Group runs, accountability, shared playlists, and maybe a cold drink after — if that sounds like your kind of cardio, let us know you're in!Race Day Swag
We’re designing custom Resilient Body race tanks in black or white so we can show up as a team — and look strong doing it. Shirts will be available for purchase soon!Team Spirit & Bragging Rights
We’ll train, race, and recover as a community. Whether you’re chasing a PR or running your first half, we’ll cross that finish line together — stronger than ever. Muscles before miles but let’s do both!
