By training in a group setting, members get professional coaching, structured programming, and community support at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one sessions. The varied class formats—from high-intensity performance work to restorative mobility—allow members to customize their weekly routine while maintaining consistency and accountability. PERFORM - Class Drop In

Perform is where we turn capacity into output. Each session starts with a focused skill, power or strength component to improve efficiency in key movements.

CAPACITY

Capacity is about building a foundation you can rely on. This class emphasizes sustained, controlled effort using ergometers, cyclical work, and simple movement patterns.

STRETCH & RESTORE

Stretch & Restore is designed to balance everything else you do. This class focuses on mobility, positional breathing, and low-intensity work to help you recover and move better.

FUNCTIONAL PUMP

Functional Pump is your Saturday reset in the best way. This class blends full-body training with higher reps, controlled fatigue, and a more relaxed, community-focused environment.

HYBRID STRENGTH

Hybrid Strength is a small group class devoted to exploring and improving your strength, muscle tone, range of motion, balance and conditioning. We mix the best of strength and conditioning.

    At the end of 2023, I had a physical-mid-life crisis. I was in my late 40’s and all of my bloodwork was double/triple the normal range. I was also taking three different medications to control my pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.     I am happy to announce that after one year of training at Resilient Body, I am a changed person. I look and feel strong. My back pain is gone. I have the energy to play with my kids after work. And, i am off of all my medications. I am proud of my work, and Micah is also. And thats what makes this worth while.

    I am so glad I found this place! I'm a Crossfit athlete who had a knee replacement a year and a half ago. I had a difficult surgery and haven't been able to find good position again at the gym. After taking a four week class at Resilient Body I was able to not only improve my squat technique, but I was also able to find my hollow and tuck positions again, making kipping chest to bar pull ups and hand stand push-ups completely achievable again! If you are an athlete looking to return from injury, this is the place to go! The coaches are positive and inspiring. It's a joy to work with them!
