New Class Time! More Coaching Options. Same Resilient Foundations.
We’ve heard your requests—and we’re excited to roll out a brand new class time on Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:30 PM starting next week!
Just like our popular morning sessions, this evening class is capped at 8 participants, so you’re guaranteed the same high level of individual attention. Think of it as the closest thing to personal training you can get—with the added bonus of community and accountability, all at a reasonable rate.
Some of you have already pre-signed up (thank you!), so if you’ve been waiting for a spot that fits your schedule, now’s the time to jump in.
Whether you’re coming to us to move better, feel stronger, build athleticism, or simply stay sharp and resilient as life keeps throwing curveballs—we’re here for all of it.
Need More Personalization? We’ve Got You.
If you’re looking to dial things in even more, or you’re ready to level up your training with specific goals in mind, we’ve recently opened up new personal training slots.
Whether it’s refining movement, working around an injury, or chasing a performance goal—we’ll get you where you want to go with intention and a plan.
Meet Our New Coaches!
We’re also incredibly proud to formally introduce two new coaches to the Resilient Body team. Both bring serious experience, unique expertise, and a passion for helping you move well and feel your best.
Nick Sciacqua
Nick brings a strong background in athletic development and rehabilitation—perfect for those looking to move better, train smarter, and build from the ground up. His approach blends precision and performance, with a keen eye for how your body moves and how to help you unlock your potential.
Nick has over 15 years of experience in health and fitness. He has lead both individuals and teams to their peak. Nick also has extensive experience running collegiate football programs, most recently at Sacramento State. But Nick’s passion goes beyond the field. He loves to work with athletes and clients of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking to build strength, confidence, and move pain-free.
Specializing in creating personalized programs that develop functional strength, enhance mobility, and promote lasting resilience is where Nick shines. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply ready to feel stronger and more capable, he is here to design a smart, sustainable plan tailored to your needs.
“My approach is rooted in the belief that growth often feels uncomfortable—because in this discomfort is where we break old patterns and build new strength. That discomfort can be the sign you’re on the right path.”
“At Resilient Body, I combine a results-driven mindset with empathy and care, empowering you to move with confidence, face challenges head-on, and become your strongest, healthiest self.”
Stephanie Stephens
Stephanie’s diverse movement background and deep roots in Pilates make her especially gifted at helping you reconnect with your body, clean up movement patterns, and build strength with integrity. She’s all about quality over quantity, and she’ll push you to move with purpose.
She expertly integrates this body-awareness philosophy into her strength training sessions. This unique combination helps clients reduce injury risk, improve structural integrity, and move with greater power and efficiency in their workouts and daily life
With over 20 years of experience, Stephanie has a diverse background in many other movement modalities that all lend to each other. She has served as both instructor and adviser at various fitness studios, and is also a former studio owner. She has spent extensive time developing herself as an extremely well rounded personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
With both Nick and Stephanie joining the coaching rotation, you’ll start to experience different coaching styles and specialties in our group classes, giving you a well-rounded training experience while keeping things fresh.
Same Core Principles. Even More Ways to Grow.
No matter which class you attend or who’s coaching, our Resilient Body ethos remains the same:
Build foundational strength
Improve and preserve mobility
Become a more capable, durable, and confident mover
Develop speed and power
Push your engine with purposeful conditioning
Maximize your hour with smart, efficient programming without a bunch of mindless reps or fluff
We get a lot done in 60 minutes—but never at the expense of quality. It’s about working hard and working smart.
