Coach Jess and Micah recently threw down an I-Go-You-Go style kettlebell workout—mixing in swings, goblet squats, single arm rows, and elevated push-ups. The twist? We were counting down reps on some moves, counting up on others... and we ended up having so much fun (though Jess may have been bored watching me swing at times) that we actually lost track of reps and high-fived early!
