At Resilient Body, we’ve never been just strength (even though we are big fans).
Our personal training and small group work has always blended strength, conditioning, and intelligent progression in a way that actually works for real people training 2–4 days per week.
But as we’ve grown, one thing became clear:
We can deliver that even better with more defined structure.
Not more complexity. Further improved programming and expanded offerings.
We will never chase trends and we will continue to refine what works.
What We’re Rolling Out
We’re expanding our class offerings and tightening how everything fits together across:

Capacity (Engine Builder)- Tuesdays
Aerobic development + Muscular Endurance

Breathing and pacing
Repeatable strong work

Perform (Output + Intensity)- Thursdays
Higher intensity efforts
Shorter intervals
More demand
Controlled exposure to higher gears
Staying strong while managing fatigue
Think: express what you’ve built.
Saturday (Train + Reset)
Full body work
Slightly looser structure
Bring a friend energy
Get a solid functional pump on
Followed by Stretch + Restore class immediately after

We begin:
Tuesday, April 7th marks our first 7:30am Capacity Class
Capacity- Tuesdays- 7:30a
Perform- Thursdays- 7:30a
Functional Pump- Saturdays- 8a
Stretch + Restore - Saturdays- 9a
We will keep early capacity tight to maintain quality.
