With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, Stephanie brings a depth of experience in movement education and mechanics to every client session. For more than a decade, she has been training hands-on in group fitness, though in the last five years, she has expanded her focus more specifically to strength coaching—guiding clients through progressive programs that emphasize pushing toward new heights in their personal fitness journeys while also emphasizing long-term resilience.
Stephanie’s foundation and specialty lies in Pilates, where precision, core awareness, and alignment are at the heart of what she teaches. However, she now integrates that expertise into her strength training sessions by combining Pilates finesse with all the benefits of strength training. Stephanie strives to help clients reduce injury risk, maintain structural integrity, and move more powerfully—across exercises, workouts, and everyday life.
While Stephanie has an extensive background in the tenants of Pilates, served as an adviser, and studio owner; she has also spent extensive time developing herself as an extremely well rounded personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
